Johan Damm, or what was in 2006 to 2008 half of the Industrial EBM act Menticide, now produces Old School EBM under the name Agrezzior. After having played live at the Agra stage at this year's WGT they're now ready for ElektroStat 2011.

When he was 16 years old he was asked to play keyboards in the atmospheric rock band The Gathering. Performing more than 1000 gigs with this band all around the world, and releasing several successful studio albums, he is still playing in The Gathering.

Electronic music always had a fatal attraction though, that is why it found its outlet via this side project. Influenced by bands like Joy Division, U2, the Pixies, The Orb and modern acts like Mogwai, Interpol, The Knife but also modern impressionists like The White Birch, Julian Fane and Phillip Glass.

Grimm Limbo's music is full of melancholic melodies and dark drones. As if a gloomy dark fairy tale escaped out of his head and was translated into music. Always grimm, but with a danceable twist.

Over the years Grimm Limbo has produced many tracks. 6 of them are presented on «Unseen EP».

Grimm Limbos musikk er full av melankolske melodier og mørke toner, som et dystert, mørkt eventyr oversatt til musikk. Alltid grim, men med en dansbar vri.

Gjennom årene har Grimm Limbo produsert mange låter. Seks av dem blir presentert på «Unseen EP».

The immortal Gotham Nights, with its 15 years, is Norway's oldest goth club and one of Oslo's best and longest running club concepts.The club is one of the key players in Oslo's alternative nightlife and has created an arena for the gothic subculture with alternative aesthetic expressions such as art, culture, literature, film, fashion and music.

Gotham Nights organize club nights and concerts a bit outside of what is mainstream and focuses on music styles such as goth rock, death rock, Batcave, horror punk, dark wave, new wave, industrial, post-punk and small sprinkles of related genres.

Over the years, Gotham Nights has become a stage for a number of small and independent national and international artists within the focus area, and especially local, upcoming, alternative bands.

Udødelige Gotham Nights er, med sine 15 år, Norges eldste goth-klubb og et av Oslos beste og lengstlevende klubbkonsepter. Klubben er en av de viktigste aktørene i Oslos alternative uteliv og har skapt en arena for den gotiske subkulturen med alternative, estetiske utrykk som kunst, kultur, litteratur, film, mote og musikk.

Gotham Nights arrangerer klubbkvelder og konserter litt utenfor det som er mainstream og har hovedfokus på musikkstiler som gothrock, deathrock, batcave, horrorpunk, darkwave, new wave, industrial, post-punk og små dryss av relaterte sjangere.

Opp gjennom årene har Gotham Nights blitt en scene for en rekke små og uavhengige nasjonale og internasjonale artister innenfor fokusområdet og spesielt lokale, fremadstormende, alternative band.

Asterix and Obelix (N) fell into the synthetic pot when they were little boys, so they serve magic vintage synth of the  brutal and cosy kind.

Under the aliases Christer Eriksen and Tollef ladehaug they are known from numerous bands and as promoters of clubs, tours and concerts. More than anything they've been lovers and missionarys of synth.

Asterix og Obelix (N) falt i gryta da de var små, og serverer magisk årgangssynth av både brutal og koselig karakter.

Under navnene Christer Eriksen og Tollef Ladehaug har de fartsid fra en rekke band, klubbkonsepter, turneer og konserter, men først og fremst har de elsket og misjonert synth.

DJ Reinert and Dj Paul Baudy (N) fra Radio Novas «Magic Beat» sørger for 80-talls ny og gammel synth, både Italo disco og spacesynth, i tillegg New Romance og mer tradisjonell synth-pop på årets ElektroStat-festival. De spiller fra kl. 15:00 til 22:00.

When she was 20, Kristin Kråkereir (b. 1985) found herself living in the midst of a concrete suburb right outside of Bergen.

Greyscale highways. Rust. Rundown factories. Old ship docks. A haven of scrap and junk. Forgotten by time. She imagined a future where ones survival solely depended on the ability to see the usage and beauty in the things that, at first glance, seemed vile and useless. Our own skin would begin to harden and evolve according to this scavenger way of living.

Would man one day become one with the things they so desperately needed to survive? Wires. Hardware. Soft metals. Barely covered by our new skin. Only our future archeologists will have the answers.

These are the outlines of her exhibit at Elektrostat 2011. Along with her sculptures, she will also display photographs inspired by this somewhat dystopian vision of the future. See the works of Kristin Kråkereir

Photographer Espen Ixtlan (b. 1966) is a Norwegian photographer based in Fredrikstad.

He was educated at the University College in Oslo as a photo journalist and began his career as a freelance photographer for various newspapers and magazines in Norway. Since 2005 he has worked primarily with music and bands like Satyricon, Apoptygma Berzerk and Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple and Black Sabbath).

In 2010 he published the book "APOPTYGMA BERZERK - Evolution has left the building...thank God!". A photo documentary of Apoptygma Berzerk Rocket Science World Tour.

Sven Undheim has a background in films and scenework with a heart that beats for special effects and props. A work where it's literally been arms and legs all over.

Influenced by anything from video game concept art to industrial designers like Moebius and Piccinini he creates unique sculptures and art works.

Common for his art is that he creates three dimensional works, originally in clay and synthetic clay, but now he is turning more and more over to works in metal.

In 1987, Leif Holm (drums, samples & programming) and his buddy Henrik Stahl (vocals) founded the band POUPPÉE FABRIKK. Some new members joined the band – Magnus Hellquist (synth), Henrik N. Björkk (percussion), Peter Sunström (drums) – but only Leif Holm and N. Björkk (vocals, lyrics) still were part of the band in 1989.

The two know each other already since childhood when they practically lived next door to each other in Karlskoga (near Örebro/Sweden). They also had in common their preference for synth bands such as DAF, DIE KRUPPS and NITZER EBB, whose music was characterized by impulsive repetitive synth bass sequences.

This was common ground for the idea to autonomously make electronic music under the name of POUPPÉE FABRIKK. POUPPÉE FABRIKK is a French/Norwegian combination of words and has no deeper meaning. Read more of Pouppèe Fabrikk's biography

Recoil is a musical project created by former Depeche Mode member Alan Wilder. Essentially a solo venture, Recoil began when Wilder was still in Depeche Mode as an outlet for his experimental, less pop-oriented compositions. Once he announced his departure from the group in 1995, Recoil was transformed from a small side-project into Wilder's primary musical enterprise.
